Born from a Real Problem
In 2022, our founders Alex and Sarah were helping a friend who owned a small hair salon. She was drowning in administrative tasks—managing appointments, sending reminders, chasing payments, and trying to market her business on social media.
She was spending more time on paperwork than doing what she loved: making her clients look and feel amazing. The existing solutions were either too expensive, too complicated, or designed for large enterprises.
That's when the idea for TLBO was born. We set out to build a platform that would handle all the tedious tasks automatically, so business owners could focus on what matters most—their craft and their customers.
Today, we're proud to serve over 2,500 local businesses across 15 countries, from hairdressers and personal trainers to consultants and dance schools. And we're just getting started.
